My name is Sophie and I am the Nursery Manager at Robin’s Nest. I have worked at the nursery since 2009, I have a CACHE level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education and am also the SENCO for the nursery. I hold Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Child Protection qualifications as well as specialist SEN training. It is a pleasure to be a part of the children growing and developing within a caring and stimulating environment where they can thrive.

My name is Courtney and I share the position of Deputy Manager.  I started at Robin’s Nest in 2014 and gained my NVQ level 3 in 2016.  I work as the pre-school lead with the over 2s.  I also oversee children’s learning and progression at the nursery.  I have advanced Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid training.  I enjoy supporting families through the foundation years.

My name is Marie and I share the Deputy Manager’s role with Courtney.  I work primarily with the under 2s and enjoy experiencing and supporting the first years with children and parents.  I qualified with my NVQ Level 3 in 2013 and have worked at Robin’s Nest since 2019.  My passion is outdoor play and I hold a Forest School qualification. I have also undertaken Advanced Safeguarding training as well as being Paediatric Fist Aid trained.

At Robin’s Nest we have an extremely knowledgeable and qualified team of Nursery Practitioners, while supporting two apprentices. All our staff members have access to a wide range of training and professional development. All practitioners hold Paediatric First Aid qualifications and have received training relating to safeguarding and child protection. They have a depth of childcare knowledge and experience. With a ‘can do’ approach they offer the children and their families constant support and encouragement.
